Hi all!
I'm testing the new functionality of the StruxureOn digital service and found, that not all of my devices from the current service contract have premium coverage. What is necessary to correct this situation?
I know the agreement # of my service contract, in which, for example, it is said that I have two UPS SY300K500DR-PD for which the service product WADVULTRA-NX-85 is purchased. In the service contract, there are no serial numbers of these UPSs, but simply there are a quantity of them: 2.

Hi Spezialist,
If the units are not specifically mentioned by serial number in the contract, the system is not able to automatically detect the premium coverage. In countries where StruxureOn is officially launched, users have the ability to request a manual verification in such cases.
Since you are connecting from a unsupported country, your devices will remain in standard mode for the time being.

Then another question: in my service contract all UPS without serial numbers are listed, but some of them have already premium coverage in StruxureOn. How then did it happen if I was not from a supported country?
