We have a smoke sensor which was triggered but is still showing as Smoke Detected even though the smoke has definitely cleared. Is there a way to reset the sensor? It's the sensor in the integrated sensor pod. I have already rebooted the appliance, but the sensor still reports smoke detected. Would a firmware update help?
Currently running Firmware version 4.30 and User Interface Version 3.3.0

Hi Stephen,
You need to either reboot the appliance or disconnect and reconnect the smoke sensor. This was done by design as unlike an overtemp, it was felt that a smoke alarm needed direct attention and should not be just turned off.
Thanks,
Steve
