I've connected my Smoke sensor to my Sensor Pod on my Netbotz Device however no lights are blinking but the netbotz sees the device.
On Another device I've tested the sensor with smoke, it detected it but now the device alarm alert stays on even when there is clearly no smoke in the area.

Hi Amit,
According to the install guide:
http://www.apc.com/salestools/JSAI-7FGLN8/JSAI-7FGLN8_R1_EN.pdf
The LEDs should blink as follows:
The Smoke Sensor LEDs function as follows: • Both LEDs will blink simultaneously once every ten seconds during the power-up sequence. • The green LED will blink once every five seconds to indicate normal operation. • The red LED will blink once every five seconds to indicate that the Smoke Sensor is out of sensitivity. • The red LED will turn on when the Smoke Sensor reports an alarm state.
It is quite possibly a hardware issue. If the hardware is no operating correctly, replacement can be obtained by calling tech support. a replacement can not be processed through this site. Since you already have one working (you stated there is another in alarm) you can always sty connecting it to the port where this one fails to make sure it is not a power issue.
As for the sensor staying in alert even after the smoke is gone, this is by design. It was decided that it may not be prudent to allow the alarm to be cleared as easily as other alarms. A reboot of the device or at least disconnecting and reconnecting the sensor should clear the alarm.
Thanks,
Steve

Hi Amit,
Just a note on this. I worked with engineering and we saw that once plugged in, the clear/yellowish LED does appear to flash but it is so faint that it is difficult to see. If you can put the unit in a dark space to verify, you may be able to see it better.
Steve.
