I have seven APC RDU units coneccted to 21 In Row cooling units ( each three cooling units are connected to one RDU), And I only can communicate with the RDU units, anyone has an idea of the best practice to install these cooling system in DCO 8.0 ?

Hi Sameeh,
As far as I know, it is not possible/supported to model RDU units in DCO. If you have enough temperature sensors (associated) in your data center, then the 3D cooling simulation based on "Measured plane" could be an option to try out. Additionally, just to represent the RDU unit in the model, I would try to use some floor standing unit (such as 'generic chiller') and use it's custom properties to describe the device/unit.
Hope this helps,
Kind regards
