Hi team,
I have an environmental sensor providing temperature and humidity values in DCE as shown in figure. However once linked with DCE, I have two objects, the environmental monitor and a temperature sensor, but not a humidity sensor. Humidity is not present in DCO. Is it possible to have humidity as well?

Hi
DCO does support humidity sensors, but based on your screen shot it seem like you have associated the device itself and not the actual sensor.
When you find the device in the "Unassociated devices" tab, then you can drag each individual sensor (indicated in blue) on to a rack, but you should only associate the actual device with a device inside the rack, although that will not make any difference regarding temperature and humidity.
If your device does not show up with a humidity sensor, then my guess would be that DCE reports that humidity sensor in a way which DCO does not recognize - a situation which sometimes can be remedied by updating the DDF for that device.

humidity sensor is not present in DCO, so I assume the DDF is not working well.
I will try to update it and let you know.
