Is anyone having problems with a DDF request for DCE? I submitted a request 2 weeks ago, and as of today no one has even acknowledged it ☹️

We also have some unresponded requests.
There are many issues with 3-d party ddf preparation time across the world. I suppose it because of cloud IT Expert release coming.

Hello Joshua,
I submitted the request (Michael Adachi). The request is submitted with a product name of "SNMPWEBLX". This is a network card used in several Tripplite products (PDUs, ATS and UPS).

The DDF team did respond (somewhat) to my request, asking for a reload of a zip file. I uploaded that last week, and send in a couple of inquiries, but there has been NO response in almost a week again ☹️ This is VERY unsatisfactory and frustrating!

Thank you for your response, yes I did get the DDF but it doesn't work for the AVR unit.
We are still not able to see the device sensors.
Kindly I did respond to the email confirmation with the screen shots on the same but no response so far.

I had submitted a minor update to the "Tripplite SNMPWEBLX V4" DDF that was created on Aug. 29th, but have not received any type of response to that request.
I submitted an update to this DDF today, along with the specific OID for the Aug 29th request.
Can someone please follow up with the DDF team to ensure that they have received the latest request and provide me with an ETA for the updated DDF.
PS. I'm adding this to this forum, as it appears that the only way I'm getting responses is if I put an inquiry through this message thread. If there is a better way to get responses from the DDF team, please let me know.
