Hello, If possible, could you please provide us the exact Model number of the product? Are you referring to Netbotz Sensor Pod 150? If so, it does not require DDF file to be integrated with DCE as its not an appliance. Netbotz applinaces DDF files are already pre-loaded in DCE software. 

In case if you require the DDF file for any other products to integrate with DCE, please refer the below tip document which explains the procedure to get the DDF file.

Hi Alper, As far as I know, you do not need a DDF file for the EGX150. You will need to request the DDF file for the Modbus slave device which you need to monitor in DCE software over Modbus Over TCP by converting the Modbus RS485 output to TCP by using the ethernet gateway. The procedure to get the DDF file is explained in the link which I provided earlier.
