Saving and Exporting Equipment Browser Setup

Hi Community,

Can I save and export the new equipment browser setups - so that when you either upgrade or re install the client - the new formats can be saved and re-imported?

Hi Hiren,

As I understand the request it is like a equipment browser column configuration/layout export/import.

That is current not possible within the client. The information is however saved somewhere in the user configuration files which might be possible to manually copy/move to the new client install. I will investigate further...

Hi Hiren, The configuration is stored in the OS specifik PreferenceStore which is not something that I would recommend modifying/copying. If you want to log this as a feature request it can be done here: http://dcimsupport.apc.com/display/public/Feature+requests /Søren
