Dear Shemil,
As per K-base ID:FA222410 , DCE is customized, Schneider Electric does not allow customers access to the back end of the system. StruxureWare Data Center Expert is an appliance and should be considered a "black box" or closed system. We do not provide the root password for theses systems.
Therefore, there is no user interface activity can be performed through putty. User will need to use the DCE client or DCE web interface for monitoring and to do any changes in Administration settings.
I hope it helps.
Regards,
Bala

Hi shemilusman,
If it is about the SSH protocol, then such access by default isn't provided.
But in case of need by agreement, access can be provided (for Shneider Electric technical support, as only they can know the root password to the DCE server). For this purpose first the client shall enable SSH service in the DCE server settings. Secondly, the client shall organize network access on SSH protocol to the DCE server from the Internet.
With best regards.
