Hi Community,
I'm currently onsite with a customer who has carried out an integration with HP Oneview.
The system was version 1.10 but now has been upgraded to 2.00.02.0219211 - since the upgrade DCO cannot communicate with the Oneview system.
The username and password details are the same and all network related hardware has not changed.
Any ideas?

Hi Hiren, We've tested against both 1.10 and 1.20 extensively, but have done only smoke tests for the 2.00 release, which worked fine on when we checked for operability. Last time round, there were some changes in the security code in Oneview. I suspect something similar has happened again. I'll alert my contacts at HPE we have a problem and will see what support I can muster from them. Have you tried deleteing and recreating the external system connection?

Hi Hiren,
I think we have a service patch that -might- resolve this problem - the service pack has been designed and tested with HP OneView 1.20.05. (we have not tested with HP Oneview 2.0..., we don't have that)
If you wish to give it try, then you can download the files from my box soon (I will send you the url by email right away).
Kind regards

Jef Faridi Jef, I am also trying to connect to HP OneView 2.0. At the moment it just returns the following message, 'The External System returned an error'. After reading a previous post I was going to apply SP3 to DCO. Is this all that is needed or is there a seperate patch (as you said in your previous answer)?

Hi James, You are right. The above mentioned support for HP OneView is included in SP3. Kind regards

Hi all,
A short update to share with you that we/DCO team have recently tested DCO 7.5 SP3 with HP OneView 2.00.02.219211. It's been verified that the integration works fine.
Kind regards
