Powerlogic PM5320 for DCE 7.5

This question was originally posted on DCIM Support by Boris Lukinic on 2019-04-01

Hi,

I have a problem with connecting Schneider Powerlogic PM 5320 to DCE7.5.

PM5320 has new FW 2.11 and HW is B1.

The DCE recognises the unit trough TCP Modbus protocol but it immediately loses connection and communication error comes up.

The DDF files were downloaded and uploaded.

Also I tryed connecting to Schneider COM X510 but the result is the same.

Am I missing something?

Hi Boris Lukinic,

Thanks for posting, and sorry to leave you hanging. Did you resolve your issue or is there still a problem connecting?

Thanks,

Stine

It was a problem with the booting of the Powerlogic and COM X510, it requires a special procedure of turning it on and conecting it to network.

The local Schneider office helped.
