Portal services error

As we have installed the new version of DCO 8.2.3 and I've also upgraded the portal to 1.3.7 but the portal services are not getting started

I've attached the screenshots and logs to have a look on it

Hi Waseem,

Most likely the installation have not been successful - common issue I have seen in the past is basically JAVA related issue. Portal works best with it's shipped java version (and may not work with newer versions). To avoid any java related issues, you might need to remove all versions of the installed java, and let Portal install whatever needed to be installed. Following page contains a tip, that may help you to reinstall the software: How to re-install StruxureWare Portal

If you have antivirus program running on your Windows machine, then make sure that it is not preventing/blocking the installation.
