Hi Vishal,
As far as I know there is no supported feature to define the time line for plotting sensor. Currently we can plot sensors for the last 8 days.
Kind regards

Thanks Jef. Is there anyway of saving/recording the data at site/partner level for any troubleshooting required.

Hi Vishal,
You are most welcome - currently there is no way in the UI to save or export the sensor data.
However there are several options to report a specific issue:
Email to: support@ecostruxureit.com
Submit a ticket via: https://ecostruxureit.com/request-support
Contact the service bureau
(agents/engineering behind the scenes can help and will look into the reported issue)
Kind regards

would be really nice if the trend report capability of DCE was used in DCO - so the customer could present the data they needed. That isn't a perfect system, but its a lot better than DCO's
