We have the following power path on DCO for our customer’s installation:
Generic 3P Power Panel => 16A 1P Circuit Breakers (2x, on phases L1 and L2 respectively) => Left & Right 16A PDUs => IT equipment
We are facing the following issue when trying to select power dependency on any of the rack IT equipment: “Please set correct voltages on rack PDU to enable phase selection.” (see screenshot below).
I am also attaching screenshots of the settings of the various equipment of the power path.
Could someone explain how I can solve the above issue?
