PDU sensors in DCE

DCE will find these two PDUs and add them to the map. However, the sensors do not show up for me to add to the map. I have gone through all possible settings in the new PDUs and the PDUs that have been here working as expected in DCE with their sensors showing up. I can find no differences in the settings. What could the issue be?

what is the model of PDU? is the same with the old PDUs? when you right click on PDU and select "device sensors" do you see any sensors?

You can try a snmp walk from DCE web page > status> snmp device walk and see if returning some values

Problem solved. The Network team added the new PDUs' static IP addresses in with the same names as some other PDUs' names. DNS issue
