Offer Description

Continuing to deliver EcoStruxure IT’s vendor-neutral experience, Device Definition Files (DDFs) for assets from well-known data center infrastructure device manufacturers* will now be included with an active Data Center Expert (DCE) Software Support contract or IT Expert (ITE) subscription.

Existing and new DCE and ITE customers can now request standard DDFs for assets from well-known data center infrastructure device manufacturers* without incurring additional cost

Customers who require customized DDFs, or customers with non-standard devices, can request DDFs at a much lower cost with this new pricing model.
