You may use the Netbotz Wireless sensor update utility to upgrade the both the wireless router and sensor's firmware:

Download the most recent firmware in the Download sections of the NetBotz 250 product page on APC.com.Run the executable that downloads, which will extract the necessary upgrade files and automatically run the Upgrade Wizard Utility.
