Hi Team!
We have a Customer who want 3-year extended warranty for Netbotz 200, Netbotz 450, 550 and DCE AP9465 with hardware replacement in case of failure.
Do we have such option?
I only know about NBWN0004 SKU wich cover Netbotz 450 and 550 devices and we can add it to basic warranty.
But what about Netbotz 200/250 and DCE?

Hi Valentin,
I've not noticed a hardware warranty extension for the NetBotz 250 yet.
Regarding AP9465, I believe you should quote for the WMS1YRHW-BASIC that covers appliance hardware only for one additional year; most likely, this can be renewed annually.
For software support, you should quote WMS1YRBASIC or WMS3YRBASIC.
Do check service SKU availability in your region.
Hope I've helped.
Regards, Stavros
