i am facing problem in my Netbotz Rack monitor 250 packet drop on network.
when i directly attach laptop to netbotz same packet drop and no proper communication with sensors.
please advice me how to resolve this issue.
i am using cross over cable and straight also but packet drop.

Good day!
To properly identify the problem that you are reporting, it is best to start with identifying the behavior of the status (marked with a check and x symbol) and link (marked 10/100) LEDs on the network port. The behaviour of the LEDs should confirm whether or not the Netbotz 250 is working or not.
Another thing that you need to consider is whether or not a static IP address was assigned to the Netbotz 250 prior to the crossover connection attempt (I am assuming that you confirmed the dropped packets by pinging the IP address of the Netbotz appliance as this is the easiest way of doing it).
It is also a good idea to check and review how the direct/crossover cable connection was done. Feel free to use the link below for your reference:

Unfortunately, it is too early to tell what is causing the Netbotz 250 to not.communicate. We might need to get additional information from you before we can provide a recommendation.
