Hi Todd,
I can't say that I've seen this specifically happen with NTP but can you elaborate on what exactly happened and how it was configured? Are both DCE and the NetBotz appliance using the same NTP server? Did you know that you can configure DCE to be an NTP server and the NetBotz appliance can pull time from it?
It is possible that the date / time could have something to do with lost communications but the first thing I would suggest is to connect to the one of the NetBotz devices having this issue directly. Can you access it? Are you able to access it with the user names, protocol, and port specified in the DCE server for NetBotz communications? Are you able to reboot the appliances or the DCE server? Is it all of the NetBotz or just some? If just some, is it related to a specific part of the network?
Steve

So far it seems rebooting them along w/ the Struxureware service has resolved.
