Hi All,
We have purchased several NBACS125 and setup authentication to a free radius server following the guides:
http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA156083/
http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA232648/
We can authenticate web interface users without issue and can see via Radius debug traffic hitting the radius server.
The problem we have is that when a user swipes a card no authentication traffic hits the Radius server and the user is not authenticated.
Using an older AP9361 we don't have this issue.
Is there a specific Radius setup command that's hidden /missing on the NBACS125 that we are missing? Has anyone successfully authenticated card users via Radius?
Thanks

I have managed to resolve this 6.4.4 was missing the full radius functionality for door access - upgrading to v6.5.6 has resolved the issue with radius messages flowing correctly.

Hi Winnie,
I did follow this guide and i can see Radius packets for web authentication. What we are not seeing is radius packets when someone swipes a card. Are there any options that need to be enable on the Netbotz to pass radius traffic for the card reader?
Regards
Chris
