We have a number of 550's happily collecting temperature data from various locations every minute and uploading to an FTP server every hour.
Building management came and asked me if we could produce graphs of temps for specific days and between specific time, at about a year ago-ish.
I appear to have the data they want, but I don't know how to give them the output they want, because the graphing tools on the Netbotz don't seem to have the ability to specify from day/time to day/time.
Anyone know how ?

Hi Mike,
If you're outputting the data to an FTP server, you need an external tool like Microsoft Excel to graph it. NetBotz can only graph what it has either on-board which is at most 1 day's worth or, if you're using the external storage option, you'll likely have data from previous days (depending on how much memory is allocated and if there are a lot of alerts with images etc.
Thanks,
Steve

I seem to have not posted my response correctly... The reference to FTP was a bit misleading. The 550s are using external storage, uploading to a file-share. It so happens that this file-share is also used by an FTP server to allow data storage by our APC UPSs and CRACs, so we habitually just refer to it as the "FTP" data. Anyway... the point is that there is a couple of years of temperature data stored that the 550 has access to. The 550 will offer to graph historical data of a sensor for me, but the finest granularity if offers is with a start-time of 2-years ago, and an end-time of 18-months ago. Although it will happily produce such a graph (suggesting to me that it fetches the data from the extended storage) it’s pretty much unreadable and useless for presentation or answering questions from management. I can’t see how the external data can be loaded into standard tools like excel, as it’s splattered over multiple binary-format .dat files, and without a Start: date/time and End: date/time to select data, the Netbotz graphing function is very limited.
