Hello community,
Our customer has Netbotz 570 and 2 camera pod 160 attached to it. After connecting the camera pods, we only saw black screen from them. The lens cover is removed. Tried with different cables but still get the black screen. A screenshot is attached below.
What should I do?
Thanks in advance,
(CID:131963206)

Hi Erhan,
Please make sure you have updated the version of Botzware (firmware) on the 570 to the most recent. There have been camera hardware updates recently and older code will not properly see the new camera images. You should be able to find Botzware 4.6.2 here:
NetBotz v4.x User Assistance Home
