Hello,
we have integrated one netbotz 250 with DCE 7.6, but we get an alarm in DCE due to FTP connection problems.
We see in the Netbotz events logs these messages, but we do not know how to authorize this connection in the Netbotz web menu:

Hi Javier,
On the NetBotz 250, you would use the configuration menu, Network, FTP server option.
The menu in DCE that is used to configure this communications is device, SNMP device communications settings, Device File Transfer Settings.
You can add an entry for the device specifically or a range that includes the device. I suggest using an admin user name and password from the 250 for this configuration.
Thanks,
Steve
