NetBotz certificate chain

Hi

We been using certs for our NetBotz kit (Wall monitor 355's and rack monitor 570) for a year or so now, but because the certificate has no chain we can have to manually import the certs either into the windows cert store or Firefox's own cert store.

Is there a way to append the certificate chain onto the NetBotz?

I've tried downloading the certificate chain from the CA, but this gives a p7b file and if I try to use this in the SSL settings I cannot connect to the NB over SSL at all.

Any help appreciated.
