Hi Daniel,
Thanks for Posting here. I came up with 2 scenario here
Scenario 1) You just need to right click on the wall which you need to edit. As shown in image

Scenario 2) You just need to use draw wall tool as shown in below screenshot.

Yes, I'm doing the 2nd scenario, but after the cage is constructed there is no "Create Cage" option in the right-click menu. We use Colo.

Update:
Engineering team have reviewed the codes, you will have to create a closed wall set without room walls in order to be able to create a cage. So basically it works as designed.
