We have deployed NBRK750 with government customer, this one must be linked to BMS through Modbus TCP.
Two questions:
1. Could you give me a kind of guideline to catch how is the process to enable the Modbus TPC 502 Port on NBRK0750´s software?
2. Is there any date expectation to get enabled the RS485 port to link NBRK0750 to BMS ?
Thank you in advance.

Hi @SESA380953
There is currently no modbus serial or modbus TCP option on the NetBotz 750. As you've noted, serial is reserved for future use
I do know that modbus is planned for the future of the NetBotz 750 however there is no ETA at this time, sorry.
Thanks,
Steve

good afternoon sir, as a follow up on this issue,
On my site the client is asking why there is no modbus communication with the BMS system, I am not trained too extensively on NetBotz750's outside from adding devices, setting up alarms, Network parameters and time and dates.
From what I am reading on this thread, is it even possible to enable Modbus comms to their BMS system through the same Ethernet cable that is connected to the network?

Hi @Avila.Andres ,
At the time of the initial question and response, there was no modbus option on the 750/755 units. With the recent release of version 5.3.5 firmware, Modbus over IP is now an option on the NetBotz 750 and 755 models.
The register map can be found here:
