Hi guys
My customer has bought six Netbotz device monitoring packs and he has redeemed all the passcodes to the same device. As the device only support one license, the other licenses hasn't been used and I want to undo th reedem passcode to use with other device.
How can I do it?

Hi Enric,
I would suggest contacting support directly. We would need the passcodes and mac address they're associated with and I would not want to have that information passed on through this forum where everyone can see.
