NetBotz 750 Wired sensor communication issue

Hi,

We have installed the NetBotz rack Monitor 750 at one of our client site. The Rack monitor is not syncing with any wired sensor.

The Rack Monitor is running on the latest firmware (5.3.5). Only wireless sensor appears on overview page and alarm configuration page

I have connected the below sensor with Netbotz 750.

Temperature Humidity AP9335TH

Leak Rope sensor 0308

Hi,

Did you try to reboot the Netbotz and see if the sensors detects? Or try disconnecting and reconnect the sensors one by one?

BR,

TJ

Dear Tjlw,

I have restarted the device 5 to 6 times and connected/disconnected the sensors, but the issue has not been fixed. Then I changed these sensors with a new box pack, but the issue remains the same.

Hello,

I guess temp sensors are connected to universal ports and leak rope to the dedicated port

the last step should be to reset to factory default if you connect sensors after firmware update

Or is just a DOA and only replacement can fix that 🙂

later edit

from your print screen, widget named appliance is missing

even without sensors you should see by default widget with switched outlet, output x2 and input contacts

Hi,

Have you contacted support regarding this issue?

Another method you may try is to reset to factory default

https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA370681/

After reset is completed, try to connect the sensor 1 by 1 again.

If it is not working, please log a case to support.

Hi Tjlaw,

I have already done that. However, the outcome has stayed the same.
