Asking on behalf of Brian:
I went to do a password reset and I think the reset button is stuck. I have tried several times to get it unstuck with a paper clip as suggested but it still only boots up to the same spot every time. Can you please give me some advice if possible. It is still under warranty I believe.
This is about where it locks up:

Dear Brian,
It seems to me, that the best solution to this problem for the device under warranty is to contact the local =SE= techsupport. I would do that first.
With respect.
