Hello Felix,

This is a usually a regional configuration issue.

You can check what locale the email address configured is set for, for the specific threshold for temperature on port 4. The screenshot below shows that I have set my locale to Irish (Ireland), and it therefore sends the email information in Celsius (providing you also follow the instructions below for regional settings in the computer etc). If I should change this to United States for the locale on the specific threshold, the body of the email I receive arrives in Fahrenheit, but the graph comes in Celsius, due to my computer being on Irish regional settings/timezones.

The following outlines how to change the temperature unit of measure (Celsius to Fahrenheit or vice versa)

1. Change the regions settings in Advanced View to the appropriate region.
2. Ensure that the correct time zone and Regional Setting are selected on the PC that is running the Advanced View. These changes are made via the Windows Control Panel.

Please be aware that the settings for Celsius or Fahrenheit are not actually set on the appliance, but rather the advanced view software determines the operating system preference by region and reflects that option by default.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Breda
