Dear Michael,

Please check on the below Device support page. If you do not find your device on the list, you can request a new DDF for this exact model with SNMP walk and MIB file of the devices.

https://dcimsupport.apc.com/devices

I hope it helps.

Regards,

Bala

Not yet. Been busy with other projects. Still haven't figured out how to get the SNMP walk file.

Hi cuevasm,

It seems that the DDF-file request for Raritan PXE-1862V has already been created quite recently. It remains only to wait...

What interfaces am I walking?

If you are talking about snmpwalk of your device, then always refer to its Ethernet interface. Did I understand you correctly?

With respect.

I actually created the request you sent me. I have to figure out how to create a SNMP walk file for that Rack PDU in order to complete the process

Can anyone help me create a SNMP walk file?

The necessary information can be read in article How to create a SNMP walk file for Struxureware Data Center Expert/EcoStruxure IT Gateway I hope everything will be clear there, but if there are questions, please ask.

Always glad to answer your questions.
