Hi Shaik Mahboob Ali,
In your case, you still need to request DDF-file according to , even if the model is not known.
Did you probably attach the MIB-file to the post? Unfortunately, as seen below in my screenshot, attachment deducted:

Hi Shaik Mahboob Ali,
I will be interested to look at the MIB-file. Just archive it, for example, in a zip or 7z format and attach it here.
With best regards.

I looked at your MIB-file: unfortunately, having only this file, you can not help.
It would be very nice, if you created a special SNMP walk file for Akquinet Heat Exchanger. How this can be done simply by link How to create a SNMP walk file for Struxureware Expert/InfraStruXure Central.
With best regards.

Hi Shaik Mahboob Ali,
You do not need to create a new request. Just need to additionally write a message on your akquinet request on the personal page YOUR DEVICE REQUESTS.
A couple more tips about your request.
Try to give developers maximum information about your device. After all, your device is based on the universal multi-function and expandable controller Saia PCD3.M5340. Therefore, for developers MIB-file is not needed, but you need snmpwalk-file. But in order to minimize the development time of the DDF-file, you need:
