Hi Shaik Mahboob Ali,

In your case, you still need to request DDF-file according to , even if the model is not known.

Did you probably attach the MIB-file to the post? Unfortunately, as seen below in my screenshot, attachment deducted:

With best regards.

Hi Shaik Mahboob Ali,

I will be interested to look at the MIB-file. Just archive it, for example, in a zip or 7z format and attach it here.

With best regards.

I looked at your MIB-file: unfortunately, having only this file, you can not help.

It would be very nice, if you created a special SNMP walk file for Akquinet Heat Exchanger. How this can be done simply by link How to create a SNMP walk file for Struxureware Expert/InfraStruXure Central.

With best regards.

Shaik Mahboob Ali, I assume you have already successfully created a Device Request for Akquinet based on Saia PCD3.M controller?

Here is a screenshot of this request from April 17 this year:

I understood you correctly?

With best regards.

Hi Shaik Mahboob Ali,

You do not need to create a new request. Just need to additionally write a message on your akquinet request on the personal page YOUR DEVICE REQUESTS.

A couple more tips about your request.

Try to give developers maximum information about your device. After all, your device is based on the universal multi-function and expandable controller Saia PCD3.M5340. Therefore, for developers MIB-file is not needed, but you need snmpwalk-file. But in order to minimize the development time of the DDF-file, you need:

  • Exactly how many and what I/O modules are installed in the controller. As far as I was able to figure out, you only have connected one PCD3.W525 an analogue multipurpose module with four inputs and two outputs. Correctly?
  • Accurately report the assignment (e.g. water temperature, fan speed, fan on/off etc.) of each analog I/O line above the specified I/O module.
  • It is very desirable to tell, what information/data you plan to receive via the SNMP protocol in the DCE-server, for example, water temperature, fan speed, fan on/off etc. I.e., that the developers know exactly what, for example, the value of this SNMP OID from the snmpwalk-file is the water temperature, and the value of the other SNMP OID from the snmpwalk-file is the fan speed, etc.
  • In addition, it is necessary to understand that, if the controller of your device can generate SNMP traps (which can be described in your MIB-file, for example), the DCE-server will not be able to process them in the standard way. Because the DCE-server by its functionality can only accept the SNMP trap and then get the true information from the device only by running snmpwalk and by reading the information/data of the corresponding SNMP OID.

Always glad to help and answer questions.
