I want to know the internal wiring of the smoke sensor to check if it's correct. Telling by the Green and Red LEDs, the sensor appears to function normally but it is not recognized by my NetBotz 355. Already tried on more than one NetBotz and switching ports but nothing.
I appreciate your help.

Hi Luis,
Sorry but we're not allowed to provide pin-outs/wiring of the NetBotz sensors. Assuming you're connecting directly to one of the 4 universal sensor ports on the 355, The sensor should (as you've indicated) be automatically detected. I'm assuming you're connecting directly at least for testing and not extending with an extra cat-5 cable (cat 6 won't work). I'm also assuming these NBWL0355 units do not already have smoke sensors connected (there is a limit of 2 per unit/pod). If you connected to a port previously and there's smoke sensors listed (prior testing?), even if they're not connected, connecting to a different port may also not allow the sensor to be detected unless you first delete the non-communicating sensors.
If you've connected the NBES0307 to two different NetBotz and it is not detected but other sensors in those same ports are, as long as the devices or NetBotz they're attached to are under warranty, tech support should be contacted and can replace the faulty sensor. You could try resetting the units to default but again, if 2 units do this and other sensors work, it does sound like a faulty sensor.
