Hi support,
Tonight I received here such strange messages on the page My device requests about the support of some devices:
Explain, please, what does this mean?
In addition, please explain why for two weeks there has been no response to customer requests to download DDF-files? For example, here is my request for a DDF-file for catterpillar emcp 4 from March 18th:
I understand that this is a mass problem?

I've fixed the problem shown in your first screenshot. You can now access the comments and the device without any problems.
As for the delay, we are looking in this situation

Hi spezialist,
We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. As part of the process, we have been discussing the possibility of replacing or augmenting the "I Want It Too" feature with a direct download link to a DDF. We'll keep you apprised of the eventual outcome.
