It is possible to migrate a DCE 7.2.2 to a 7.2.6 directly? or do we have to go to 7.2.4 then to 7.2.5 to finally getting to 7.2.6?

You will need to follow the upgrade path and go from 7.2.2 to 7.2.4 to 7.2.5 to 7.2.6 from what I understand.

Yes, In order to upgrade from 7.2.2 to 7.2.6...It needs to be upgraded in order(ie., 7.2.2-->7.2.4-->7.2.5-->7.2.6).

You can upgrade directly from 7.2.2 to 7.2.6 but will loss data saved, and start Exper like as a new device, if you not need data before to the new install is no problem, but if you need this. you cant do.
