I have been asked the following question can someone advise please:
We have identified a problem with our data centre operations software in that it has reached 100% memory usage out of the 34GB of memory it has been assigned.
Is there a reason why the software is reaching 100% memory usage as we believed that old logs are achieved to create space for new log entries?
TIA
Mike

Hi Mike, What is the DCO version? Can you please add screen capture(s) showing what you are seeing. It would also be great to know how you monitor the server activity & memory usage. Would it be possible to ask for the server logs? I can send you an invite to my =S= box. I might have misunderstood the last question, but to me memory usage has nothing to do with the old/new logs. I was wondering perhaps you are referring to the disc space itself? Kind regards

Hi Mike ( mike sutton ) I was wondering perhaps the disc usage/disc-space was 100% full? If it is a storage/disc space issue, then 34 GB is too small, so I would suggest a fresh installation and then restoring the latest backup (from current setup). According to the system requirements, at least 100 GB would be needed. Kind regards
