Hello.
The above card is the latest on line SNMP card that can be purchased for small size UPS devices. Essentially the GUI is very similar to the existing Liebert/Emerson/Vertiv cards however external sensors can be plugged into the card & can be daisy chained as well as providing the usual full UPS monitoring.
Existing DDF file held within DCE 7.4.2 for Liebert/Emerson/Vertiv UPS cards does not provide us with any sensor nor UPS info.
Is there a DDF file for this type of card or will I need to request one?
Thanks.
Jeff Harrold.

Dear Jeff Harrold,
I would advise you firstly to update DCE software to the current version 7.4.3. But unfortunately, this does not solve your problem with the support of the above mentioned equipment ☹️.
Therefore, on the Device Support page, you need to request web-links to download the already supported Vertiv equipment, for example, as I did:
Within one business day you will be sent web-links to download the corresponding DDF-files. And then, I hope, you are lucky 😀 and you will see in DCE software your new devices with all the required sensors.
If you are not lucky, it's very right on your part to create a new device request for your devices on the above page. How to do this, for example, is well described in topic .
I hope this helps you.
I will be glad to answer your questions.

I've done that & got a message to say they will get back to me early January which is fine. In my absence, DCE has assigned a DDF for a Netman 204 UPS device to it which is a completely different brand model but has all the info I need & works fine. Now all I have to do is convince DCE its a Liebert/Emerson/Vertiv device & not a Netman or get a new DDF written & we will all be sweet.

DDF received & works great, just trying to get it streamlined.
