Dear Diego Crosatto,
On the Device Support page, you need to request web-links to download the already supported BCE cooling equipment, for example, as I did:
Within one business day you will be sent web-links to download the corresponding DDF-files. And then, I hope, you are lucky 😀 and you will see in DCE software your new cooling devices with all the required sensors.
I hope this helps you.
I will be glad to answer your questions.

Hi Moloy, I installed the new BCE DDF File following all recommendation. In my installation, I have two chiller BREF. When I added a new equipment into the DCE, it was recognized like a BREF equipment. I cannt delete the BREF DDF file, because I have more equipments
What can I do?

Hi, no, I still have a problem.
We have 2 BREF units, and 1 BCE unit in our facilities. I installed a BCE ddf file into DCE. When I added a new BREF, DCE recognize like a BCE unit, and when I added a BCE, DCE takes like a BREF unit
regards

Dear Diego Crosatto,
As far as I understand, you use SNMP DDF-files for the above-mentioned cooling units.
My question is: have you tried to ask for help to a special web-resource http://webcard-it.schneider-electric.com/enterPanel.asp (there is free registration required within one business day)? As I already wrote in the topic of , there is published an e-mail, which is asked to contact for technical support.
I really hope this helps you 😀.
With respect.
