Hi,
One of our Liebert CRACs had a High Head pressure alarm on it and it did not get report by DCE hence no email from DCE for the problem. When I looked at the device alarms for the Liebert CRAC in DCE there is no listed alarm for High Head Pressure. Which I found strange so I did a SNMPWALK on the Liebert CRAC during the alarm and again once fixed and I did find the OID where the alarm was being reported. Not sure if I am using the latest DDF(see attachment below for DDF versions).
I can provide the full walks if required but here is the OIDs on the SNMPWALK that reported this problem:
1.3.6.1.4.1.476.1.42.3.2.2.0 , Gauge , 2
1.3.6.1.4.1.476.1.42.3.2.3.1.1.3, Gauge , 3
1.3.6.1.4.1.476.1.42.3.2.3.1.1.4, Gauge , 4
1.3.6.1.4.1.476.1.42.3.2.3.1.2.3, ObjectID , 1.3.6.1.4.1.476.1.42.3.2.1.7.1
1.3.6.1.4.1.476.1.42.3.2.3.1.2.4, ObjectID , 1.3.6.1.4.1.476.1.42.3.2.1.7.2

Hi Toby Bouzane,
It is long ago the known problem of the big and universal liebert.xml DDF-file (at you screenshot it has version 43). And this universal DDF-file (it can be used both for the UPS's and for PDU's and the other equipment Emerson Liebert) is recommended to use for monitoring of the equipment Emerson Liebert, including CRAC units (not the ecobreeze.xml DDF-file, which is for some reason selected at you screenshot - it is Schneider Electric Environmental Monitor). But as shows my five-year practical experience - it is bad and often non-working option in general.
For check, I send liebert_DDF_from_DCE.zip with three liebert.xml DDF-files, which were is in standard installation of the DCE-server. Version 50 is at the moment the stable final version from DCE-7.4.2. Check it.
I too once had long ago similar problems, therefore I created from scratch the separate DDF-files for monitoring of various Liebert CRAC units (only CRAC units and no more). Therefore, DDF-files were simple, small and have all necessary sensors, states, events, comments and even an option of DCE priority scanning: receive of SNMP traps from CRAC unit on the DCE-server inside. In the latter case on CRAC units it is necessary to configure the DCE-server as SNMP trap receiver.
Judging by SNMP OID given above (for example, 1.3.6.1.4.1.476.1.42.3.2.1.7.1), I can assume that it is about CRAC unit Liebert with iCOM-controller and the outdate HiSNMP-adapter. It is right? I have such CRAC units in operation (for example, old HPM S23 or new HPM S2G) and for monitoring I use the emerson_liebert_HiSNMP_iCOM.zip. By the way, the fields "myLocation", "myContact" and "myNotes" can be changed under the requirements. It is similarly possible and is necessary to edit the field "model" in order, that in DCE-client was displayed really correct information.
Don't consider, please, that I insist on use of my DDF-file, but it is really checked way.
For you also don't forget the choice that it is always possible to address .
Very thanks for the support.
