Leaving a status/notes on a device or an active alarm?
Hello,
What solutions have you come up with in regards to the inability to leave notes for your team/techs. Being able to leave an update, status, or service ticket information on devices with activated alarms would be great. The only solution in Ecostruxure IT Expert we've come up with is muting an alarm to leave some information.

You are right. Today your option is to Mute the alarm and if you select "other reason" you can write free text that is also visible to your colleagues.
For your information we are looking at new ways to acknowledge alarms and add noted to why this is done. Several customers are requesting this. We will start working on this soon.
