Hi,
is there a way to reflect the kpi calculation to be shown on the capacity dial instantly after I update the power of the ups? The customer is requesting us to show them immediately instead of waiting for the calculation to run overnight.
I’ve tried using the demo tools to schedule the calculation but it’s not reflecting in the capacity dial.

Hi Yeoh Chee,
As you've mentioned the capacity circle is daily updated.
As calculating the KPIs can be very time and resource consuming (specially for large setups) we do not want to lower the interval and therefore it is designed to run once per day (preferably during the night) .
However, to change the calculation time, go to Tools > Preferences > Capacity History:
I was wondering, what did you change and what was expected to be seen?
