Isx Designer 9 crashes with open 3d view

Greetings,

While using the Infastruxure Designer 9, I wanted to open the solution in 3D view,but the program crashes and closed.

Is there a solution for this issue?

Hi Luigimar,

ISX Designer offers support via another channel (not in this Community), they can be contacted using one of the following method:

1.  As registered user: Click on "Feedback and Support" link in Designer Portal
2.  As Guest User: Click on the "Help" link either on login page or on any other page of Design Portal
3.  Email a request to: designtoolsupport@schneider-electric.com
