Some seosor missing when try to add to DCE web dashboard

Hi Team ,

We have 5 power meter under one EGX gateway on DCE , we tried to add some sensor into DCE

web dashboard and can't found some value in the sensor list , one power meter include 44 sensor

value , when we search for the gateway , there should be 220 sensor value but only 100 sensor value ,

that's cause some sensor like voltage B-C in slave1 we can't added to the dashboard .

Can someone advice what's problem on this ?

Thanks for posting in help.se-dmaas.com.

We suggest you search the sensor name (in this case "Voltage B-C") in the search field, instead of IP address, and add the relevant sensor thereon.
