Hi Team ,
We have two questions for New product - ACRD 301 .
For question 1 ,before used DCE7.7 , we can monitor ACRD 301 cooling device well .
After upgrade to DCE 7.7 (7.7.1 was the same), we lost any measure value and it's only showed online/offline.
For question 2 ,I used supplemental OIDs for manual added value, it's worked but value was not correct ,it's show 3 digits not 2 digits ,how do I modify it for supplemental OIDs function?
Best Regards

Dear Chu Li Wei,
Regarding the first question: I recommend that you upgrade to DCE-7.8.0. If the trouble remains even after the upgrade, then as a temporary workaround, you can import the corresponding DDF-file from DCE-7.6.0, for example.
Regarding the second question: unfortunately, this is how DCE software works and this algorithm cannot be changed. That is, DCE software reads the OID value and there is no way to perform mathematical operations with it (division, multiplication, etc.).
If you have more questions, please ask.
With respect.
