Hi Christopher,

SCOM 2007 is still supported I believe on DCE 7.2.4 although it is not available on www.apc.com at the moment. Below is a Schneider box link to the SCOM 2007 pack for DCE for your convenience:

FYI: SCOM 2012 is not officially supported on DCE just SCOM 2007.
