Installation issue for Gateway Ecostruxure IT

Hello, 

I have a customer with this error when he install the latest gateway for Ecostruxure Asset Advisor. 

After fews minutes on the installing window. there are this error.

A couple of questions for your customer:

• what version of OS?
• how much free disk space?
• are other instances of PostgreSQL running on the server?
• have you tried making a clean installation again?

Window 10 Enterprise v1703, we have just one inverter for the server room

In the task manager, I ended the task on Postgre SQL before but I still have the same message

• have you tried making a clean installation again.

yes I deleted 2 folder:

1 in ProgramData

1 in Programs

and empty the TEMP in appdata \ local

What is this another PostgreSQL process? Does it use any other software on your PC? To check and normal installation of the gateway software on the PC there should be no other PostgreSQL services.

Try and report the result.

The customer created a VM windows and he installed the soft on the VM. 

On this VM, setup was done without problem.
