Hello,
There is a data center that is monitored by Desigo Insight (BMS software By Siemens). Its output protocol is BACnet, and I have to monitor it in DCO because I want to use the Capacity, Change, Incident, and energy management. Unfortunately, I have not used DCO and its option till now and don't know about it a lot. Is there anybody to help me? Is there a gateway for converting it to a protocol which is compatible with DCO?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Afsaneh,
There is no direct integration, but depending on requirements some data can be imported to DCO via ETL integration: External system integration through ETL
It can be offered as customized service (by CSP team), if you/customer should be interested I can ask someone to contact you (to discuss the details and price).
Kind regards
