Hi team!
After install sp3 i have a problem, help please.
How to i install sp3
1) Stop the JBoss application server:
> sudo service operations stop
2) Copy the patch files:
sudo -u jboss cp ISXO_Core.ear /opt/jboss-as/server/isxo/farm/ISXO_Core.ear
sudo -u jboss cp ISXO_WebApp.war /opt/jboss-as/server/isxo/farm/ISXO_WebApp.war
sudo -u jboss cp com.apc.sslutils.jar /opt/jboss-as/server/isxo/lib/com.apc.sslutils.jar
sudo -u jboss cp swoExportJob_v2.0.0.kjb /data/pentaho/export/swoExportJob_v2.0.0.kjb
sudo -u jboss cp swoPortConfiguration_v2.0.0.ktr /data/pentaho/export/
3) Verify that the files are installed correctly:
> md5sum -c md5sums.txt
It should output:
/opt/jboss-as/server/isxo/farm/ISXO_Core.ear: OK
/opt/jboss-as/server/isxo/farm/ISXO_WebApp.war: OK
/opt/jboss-as/server/isxo/lib/com.apc.sslutils.jar: OK
/data/pentaho/export/swoExportJob_v2.0.0.kjb: OK
/data/pentaho/export/swoPortConfiguration_v2.0.0.ktr: OK
4) Start the JBoss application server:
> sudo service operations start
5) After 20-30 minute, i reboot node.
6) I wait 20-30 minute for service started, but...In Webmin:
Application Status Down
Essential services are not running on this node. Please reboot the node and monitor the status page.
If the problem persists, contact support. (jboss)

Hi Igor,
I was wondering if DCO (and its essential services ) was running without any problem before appalling the patch?
And if this is a single node server? or member of a cluster?
Assuming that the installation instructions have been carried out without errors, specially in the step 3 it has been verified that the files are correctly installed, then perhaps there is enough disc space left. Webmin > System Information" would show the information for Local disc space.
If the disc is full, then:
a) free some space by moving the "old backup files" (/data/backup) to somewhere else (laptop or network drive), unused/old installation files may also be removed from the local disc
b) ssh log in to the server, and run the following clean-up command and reboot:
sudo service operations purge
(will be prompted to enter password)
sudo reboot
You might also want to contact your Schneider Electric contact person and ask for the latest service Pack (SP5).
Kind regards

Hi Jef! Yes, DCO was running without any problem before appalling the patch. This is a single node server. Local disk space 14.91 GB used, 93.57 GB total Thank you very much for information about sp5.

Hi Igor, It seems you might have some special data, that apparently have prevented a successful SP installation. It looks like your test with SP5 have also confirmed our findings today. If you wish to continue with SP3 or SP5, then we need manually do some work on the server. I will contact you shortly (by direct email) to arrange a meeting, thanks. Kind regards
