Hi,
I have a problem about discovering inrow devices in the DCE. I access these devices via browser. However I entered IP range of these devices or IP address of specific inrow device, DCE cannot discover these devices by using SNMP v1.
I configure Inrow devices on browser, These configurations;
-Enabling SNMP communication in the access option
-I entered 0.0.0.0 NMS IP/Host Name in the access control option. Additionally, I try entering DCE IP address in this, but it does not work.
Note: Inrow devices are APC and Inrow devices' model name is IR25,
I attached two screenshoot related to information of inrow devices.
Thanks for your helps;

Hi Umut,
K-base FA226273 may help you walk through SNMP configuration and troubleshooting to get these 2 systems to communicate.
There should be no reason I'm aware of for this unit not to discover especially with the firmware revision you're running. I would verify that you can pull any info from the device using SNMP, potentially with another SNMP utility, there are plenty of free ones out there. Please verify what version of DCE you're running. Also check to see what DDF files you have on your system. I have DCE 7.3.1 and as you can see here, I have the DDF onboard for the device:

I would suggest double checking that you have the SNMP community strings are matching between what is on the InRow device(s) and the SNMP discovery setting on the DCE. Also make sure that ports 161 & 162 traffic is not blocked by a firewall rule. Lastly make sure the device is pingable (if it is not then DCE will not even try to communicate with it. btw Ping is a ICMP protocol so make sure that is not blocked by firewall or dropped on any network switches between the DCE and the Device.

Thanks for your answer , Michael When I tried ping to inrow devices, devices were pingable. Additionally, I check DCE discovery setting and inrows device snmp setting. These settings are equal with each other.
